Located on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, ORPAS, is a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) established in order to promote the welfare of society most in need, offering among other things, psychological treatment and guidance in the extreme south of the capital of Sao Paulo , Brazil and Buenos Aires, Argentina. It also provides various forms of art and vocational training. For this to ORPAS has the support of several collaborators.
